Responsibilities

• Develop initial motion concepts and high fidelity mocks, exploring new directions for Google's AI era design language.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to evolve bold ideas.
• Respond to feedback quickly and precisely, using strong teamwork to refine motion concepts and specs in real time while keeping the overall vision cohesive.
• Produce detailed documentation and developer‑oriented logic to ensure accurate implementation of motion designs.
• Provide context for expressive animations, ensuring ideas are technically viable and integrate smoothly.
• Translate ambiguous concepts into tangible visuals that effectively test UI conventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience related to physics, motion design patterns, and visual design elements.
