Motion Designer, Search AI Mode

Motion Designer for Google's Search AI mode shapes motion language across devices, collaborating with UX, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive, high quality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the look and feel of Google products through motion design.
• Provide patterns, best practices, and guidance on animation and transitions for different devices (TV, tablets, wearables, mobile) and platforms (web, Android, iOS).
• Create high quality design proposals and drive projects from concept through iterations and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of motion design experience in product design, UX design, or UX UI animation.
• Experience in motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements.
• Experience with light coding or vibe coding (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Lottie).
• Experience in marketing, branding and animation work.

Salary: USD 132,000 - 190,000 per year plus 15% bonus target, bonus, equity, and benefits
