UI/UX Designer

This contract UI/UX Designer role provides the opportunity to shape web and mobile experiences, partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and advocate for accessible, user-centered design across products.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile apps using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to guide design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation
• Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility best practices
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines
• Participate in design critiques, usability testing, and ongoing product improvements

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across digital products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Framer
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

Compensation, benefits and duration

• Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
• Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
• Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
