Product Designer
Job Description
Eventeny is looking for a Product Designer to shape enhancements and high-impact initiatives across its digital products. This remote role brings you into close partnership with design, product, engineering, and research to turn user-centered insights into clear, scalable interface work, including contributions to the design system and accessibility practices.
What you’ll do
- Work with the design team to evolve and maintain the design system, keeping components and documentation consistent, scalable, and current
- Design, prototype, and test intuitive solutions that reduce complexity and improve clarity across digital workflows
- Build deep customer empathy and translate both qualitative insights and quantitative data into creative, informed design decisions
- Collaborate with designers, UX research, product managers, and engineering leads to support the product roadmap and deliver solutions
- Create high-quality interfaces aligned with a strong standard for design excellence
- Share your work regularly in design reviews and contribute to open feedback and continuous iteration
- Apply ADA and accessibility best practices throughout the design process, using the right tools to support inclusive, compliant experiences
What you bring
- A passion for innovative, creative design solutions, especially in technology and the event industry
- Curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic approach to design
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools for defining and validating solutions
- Strong UI design skills for web and mobile apps, with attention to detail, emerging trends, user behavior, and interaction patterns
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across the organization
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment managing multiple projects while adjusting to discovery and delivery schedules
- Organized, time-conscious, and detail-oriented work style
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Portfolio, website, or other samples demonstrating end-to-end product design experience
Tools and technologies
- Figma
- HTML5 and CSS3
- ADA and WCAG 2.0
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant design experience (minimum)
Nice to have
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects with support from senior ICs or Managers
- Familiarity with Agile development and responsive design
- Familiarity applying AI tools and generative AI capabilities to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design iteration
- Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3 and CSS, Interface and Web Application Development
- Familiarity designing for accessibility, including WCAG 2.0
Compensation and location
- Location: Remote (Remote)
- Compensation: Competitive annual base salary between $68,000 and $78,000
- Employment: Full-time
- Pay range: 68,000 - 78,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
