Senior Product Designer

Shop My is hiring a Senior Level Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design for assigned features while partnering across teams to deliver user-centered experiences. This role combines UX and UI craft, thoughtful iteration, and ongoing contribution to a shared design system with an accessibility-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for assigned features, from assisting in research through high-fidelity delivery, ensuring solutions are user-centered, polished, and feasible.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ship cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
• Review and synthesize user research to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Participate in design critiques by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system to support consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail, applying accessibility standards and best practices across designs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve product usability, aesthetics, and overall customer experience.
• Stay current on trends and tools, bringing forward fresh ideas to strengthen the team’s design approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, with startup or fast-paced environments considered a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.
• Experience working across web, mobile, and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
• Comfort with rapid iteration, knowing when to polish and when to ship.
• Familiarity with modern design tools including Figma, as well as basic prototyping tools.
• A systems-thinking approach, able to design for scale while maintaining high craft standards.
• Enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in ShopMy and the brand being built.

Compensation and Location

Location: Remote (remote)

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 per year

New York pay range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD
