User Interface Designer / UI/UX Designer

Intellicomm Inc seeks a dedicated UI/UX designer to initiate and lead user interface design, translating concepts into visual elements and building web and mobile interfaces that reflect the brand strategy. This onsite role is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, conceptualize and lead user interface design based on a thorough understanding of the company service functionality and usability.
• Translate conceptual design into visually compelling design elements ready for implementation.
• Provide engineering support with detailed specifications and design documents to guide UI development.
• Create user interfaces that align with the company and product brand strategy.
• Design marketing, pricing, and other information pages for the website.
• Push the limits of web design by implementing best of breed technologies, including Web 2.0 technologies and mobile/smartphone user interfaces.
• Design the mobile application interface.

Requirements

• Experience in user interface and graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline, such as Graphic or Interface Design.
• Expertise with Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, or similar software packages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.
• Knowledge of web design in a cross-platform environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
