UI/UX - Sr. Product Manager

Visa U.S.A. Inc. invites you to join the Austin, TX based Customer Journey team in a hybrid capacity. You will shape AI enhanced experiences spanning marketing, lead capture, digital journeys, and sales, with emphasis on user research, scalable design systems, and end-to-end customer interactions. The role carries a salary range of USD 152,200 to 243,700 annually and comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence cross-functional touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Craft CRM experiences for the full customer lifecycle, from marketing through sales to support
• Build intuitive flows that weave marketing, digital channels, sales, customer service, and product touchpoints into a cohesive journey
• Maintain consistency across web, mobile, and CRM integrated interfaces
• Design AI enabled features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation
• Translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, transparent, user friendly interfaces
• Lead user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to uncover pain points and opportunities
• Create personas, scenarios, and journey maps
• Leverage data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to support both customized and out of the box solutions
• Establish UX standards and best practices for customer journey experiences

Requirements

• Eight or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor degree
• At least five years of relevant work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Master, MBA, JD, MD)
• Two years of work experience with a PhD

Salary and eligibility notes

Estimated salary range is USD 152,200 to 243,700 per year. This may include potential sales incentive payments where applicable. Salary can vary based on knowledge, skills, experience and location. The position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Hours vary based on departmental needs.

Travel requirements

Expect travel 5 to 10 percent of the time.
