The UI/UX Product Designer will join Visa's Customer Journey product team to shape AI-enhanced, end-to-end user experiences across marketing, digital journeys, and sales within CRM. The role emphasizes seamless, adaptive interactions spanning marketing engagement, lead capture, and intelligent-system driven workflows.

Responsibilities
- Design CRM experiences that span the full customer lifecycle, from initial marketing contact through sales and into customer support.
- Develop intuitive flows that connect marketing, digital channels, sales, customer success, and product touchpoints into a cohesive experience.
- Maintain consistency across web, mobile, and CRM-integrated interfaces.
- Create AI-enabled experiences with features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent, user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Develop personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and measurements of success.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems to support both customized and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Establish UX standards and best practices for customer journey experiences.
Requirements
- Eligibility paths include:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD; or
- 9+ years with a Bachelor's, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking.
- Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich user experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Eloqua.

Compensation and Eligibility
U.S. applicants only. The estimated salary range is USD 152,200 to 243,700 per year, potentially including incentive payments. Salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
