Job Description

A Front End UI/UX Developer to support UI/UX design and unify the agency’s front-end approach, emphasizing responsive design, accessibility, and usability across internal and external applications.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to UI/UX design for existing DWD systems
  • Create graphic designs and mockups for interface concepts
  • Support existing custom applications built with a mix of .NET and other technologies
  • Proactively explore new technologies, systems, and design patterns
  • Collaborate with business teams, IT groups, and partner agencies to define and enhance new solutions
  • Enhance and evolve applications within an agile workflow
  • Apply a balanced set of soft and hard skills essential to the role
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience as a front end developer
  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects
  • CSS
  • Mockups
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • Mobile-first design principles
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
