Front End UI/UX Developer
Job Description
A Front End UI/UX Developer to support UI/UX design and unify the agency’s front-end approach, emphasizing responsive design, accessibility, and usability across internal and external applications.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UI/UX design for existing DWD systems
- Create graphic designs and mockups for interface concepts
- Support existing custom applications built with a mix of .NET and other technologies
- Proactively explore new technologies, systems, and design patterns
- Collaborate with business teams, IT groups, and partner agencies to define and enhance new solutions
- Enhance and evolve applications within an agile workflow
- Apply a balanced set of soft and hard skills essential to the role
- Maintain clear, effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience as a front end developer
- Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects
- CSS
- Mockups
- Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Mobile-first design principles
