UI/UX Course facilitator

Regenesys is seeking two remote, full-time facilitators to lead UI/UX and graphic design programs, incorporating GenAI tools. The roles involve mentoring students, teaching design processes, and integrating AI driven tooling to enhance learning outcomes.

UI/UX Course Facilitation

• Facilitate UI/UX Design courses, ensuring students understand and apply essential UX principles and processes.
• Deliver engaging sessions on design thinking, user research, prototyping, wireframing, information architecture, usability testing, and interface design.
• Develop and adapt course materials, practical exercises, and assessments that build a comprehensive UX design skill set.
• Guide students in using industry standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with other prototyping and design platforms.
• Mentor students individually, providing constructive feedback on projects, design approaches, and technical skills.
• Stay current with trends in UX design and best practices in usability and accessibility, integrating them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and academic teams to maintain and enhance course content aligned with industry standards.
• Encourage students to build a portfolio that showcases UX design skills, research abilities, and creativity.

Graphic Design Facilitation with GenAI

• Facilitate Graphic Design courses covering typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Deliver interactive sessions on generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E) and their integration with traditional design software.
• Develop and refine course materials, assignments, and projects that align with industry standards and learning objectives.
• Provide feedback on student work, focusing on practical skills, creativity, and understanding of design principles.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques in graphic design, incorporating relevant advancements into course content.
• Collaborate with academic and curriculum teams to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant content.
• Encourage students to build portfolios of visually compelling designs, demonstrating proficiency in both conventional and AI augmented design methods.

Requirements

UI/UX Course Facilitator Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or a similar role.
• Previous experience as a facilitator, trainer, or lecturer, ideally within higher education or professional training.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes, usability testing, accessibility standards, and interface design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Graphic Design Facilitator Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Prior experience as a facilitator, trainer, or lecturer, preferably within higher education or professional training environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with generative AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E) and their applications in creative workflows.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with an ability to convey complex design concepts effectively.
