Job Description

Omada Health is expanding its care programs and innovation efforts with a Senior Product Designer focused on human-centered solutions that support lasting health behavior change. This role sits within a multidisciplinary team and pairs closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to design, prototype, test, and iterate across early-stage and shipped product work.

Working in a remote setting, you will tackle 0 to 1 problems, shaping undefined spaces into clear concepts and experiences. The work includes designing consumer-grade, mobile-first experiences, as well as human-centered AI experiences using AI tools as part of your design workflow.

What you’ll do

  • Design human-centered experiences that help people make meaningful, lasting changes to their health.
  • Own 0 to 1 work by turning ambiguous opportunities into prototypes and shipped experiences.
  • Frame the right problems to solve, identifying opportunities across both the member and care team experiences.
  • Lead the design process end-to-end, moving from concept to validation, prototyping, and final execution in fast, iterative cycles.
  • Use rapid prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and make concepts tangible for the team.
  • Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile (iOS and Android) with strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking.
  • Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to shape strategy and drive aligned decisions.
  • Translate business strategy, user needs, and clinical insights into compelling product opportunities and solutions.
  • Contribute to and improve design systems, processes, and team practices.
  • Design and ship human-centered AI experiences.
  • Use AI tools in your workflow to explore ideas, prototype, synthesize research, generate concepts, or accelerate design production.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of product design experience solving complex problems, including 0 to 1 or early-stage work where you helped define new products or experiences from the ground up.
  • Experience designing for health, wellness, behavior change, or other complex human-centered domains.
  • A strong commitment to human-centered design, with decisions grounded in user research and real human needs.
  • Experience designing and shipping high-quality digital products on mobile for iOS and Android.
  • Strong product thinking, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction.
  • High craft in interaction and visual design, including attention to detail and a strong sense of quality.
  • A bias toward making, using prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and drive decisions.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow, such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams.
