Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to own end-to-end design and execution for major features and new offerings.
Define and lead end-to-end design strategy for mission-critical feature areas within the FloQast platform, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
Translate complex AI capabilities and requirements into intuitive, trustworthy experiences that reduce adoption barriers and help accounting teams realize value quickly.
Drive design vision and roadmap by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership with a deep, user-centered perspective and high attention to detail.

Execute with velocity by owning design execution in Figma, delivering concept designs, high-fidelity prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners, while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and mentor within the design team by bringing clarity and alignment across projects and mentoring junior designers to support a culture of design excellence.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver sophisticated software at scale.
5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products.
Proven capability to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major initiatives, including definition and execution of new features and products from 0-1.
Robust portfolio showing exceptional visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking, including work on data-heavy applications, workflows, or sophisticated tooling.
Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
Experience contributing to design systems, plus use of AI-powered tools such as Figma Make, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others to accelerate knowledge, quality, collaboration, and delivery.
Familiarity with designing AI-driven features, including defining appropriate user controls, managing trust, and translating complex models into clear user value.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to clearly and persuasively articulate design rationale to product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
Ability to ground and validate design decisions using both qualitative research (interviews, testing) and quantitative data (analytics).
Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, including tackling ambiguous problem spaces and framing difficult challenges as opportunities.
