Senior Product Designer

Elise A.I. Technologies Corp. is building an accounting platform, and the product experience needs a strong design partner to help shape and scale how people work through complex finance workflows. In this Senior Product Designer role, you will translate business goals and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences, while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and teams that interface with clients.

This is an onsite position based in New York, NY, with opportunities to lead from early concept through implementation within your design domain.

What you’ll do

• Convert business requirements, technical constraints, and end-user advocacy into elegant design solutions that make complex problems straightforward and actionable.
• Create prototypes and interactive flows to communicate concepts and collect feedback early.
• Partner with product and engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver work on schedule.
• Drive projects independently, taking work from initial concept through implementation.
• Help contribute to and evolve design systems to improve consistency and efficiency across the product.
• Introduce processes and design frameworks that strengthen collaboration and speed up execution across teams.

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• A track record of solving complex, multi-persona problems.
• The ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively create impact.
• Confident communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual judgment with attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC headquarters 4-5 days per week.
• Fluency with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design.

Helpful background (bonus)

• Accounting and finance subject matter expertise.
• Experience designing in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or enough front-end knowledge to bring ideas to life.

Compensation and benefits

Salary range: USD 170,000 - 200,000 per year.
