Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer, onsite in New York, NY, for Stuut, with a salary range of $220,000–$300,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that feel instantly familiar to customers and set the standard for agentic UX in financial workflows.
• Own customer outcomes, not just aesthetics: identify opportunities, test solutions with customers, and partner with product and engineering to guide releases and ongoing improvements.
• Think in systems and design with headroom: balance long term vision with speed and iteration, using patterns and modules that accelerate shipping and boost customer familiarity.
• Seek alignment early: leverage prototypes, data, and customer feedback to align the team on vision and direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong background in enterprise UX, workflow automation, and AI‑driven interfaces.
• Experience designing prompt-based or AI-powered user experiences, and ability to use AI tooling to prototype projects quickly.
• Technical fluency — comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on complex, data‑driven products.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI work focused on B2B, automation, and AI‑driven interfaces.
• Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and robust user research methodologies.
• Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
