Product Designer

NinjaOne is hiring a Product Designer to help shape new features and improvements for its PSA and Service Desk products. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create end-to-end, customer-focused experiences, from discovery through delivery, while contributing to a design system that helps teams move with consistency and quality.

What you’ll be doing

• Design new software features and enhancements that match the business’s top priorities.
• Own feature design from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with other designers to improve overall product design quality and maintain consistency.
• Contribute to and help maintain the growing Design System.
• Balance speed and craft by knowing when to ship fast and when a detail deserves extra attention.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for a SaaS company.
• Preferred: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic/Software Design, or Fine Art (not required).
• Experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support, or Software Development.
• Experience partnering directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment (including collaboration through delivery).
• Strong skills in visual design and information architecture to create intuitive interfaces.
• Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems.
• A portfolio showing a strong UX process and polished visual execution.
• Comfort working in a fully remote team with strong async communication habits.

NinjaOne offers full-time work with a hybrid remote setup. Remote working from home is flexible for candidates located in the USA who reside in: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, OH, or WA. The company also has physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid options.

• Salary: USD 90,000 to 130,000 per year

• Chicago policy: Unable to hire within city limits of Chicago; candidates residing outside the city proper or willing to self-relocate will be considered
• Starting pay: Depends on location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills
• Salary range notes: For CA, CO, MD, NJ, and WA, and for NY, the base salary hiring range is USD 90,000 to 130,000 per year
