Product Designer

Design and ship the product foundation for autonomous agents that manage billing and medical records for doctors’ offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the control plane for agents handling billing and medical records
• Study real workflows across doctors, office staff, and patients to create interfaces that feel trustworthy and easy to supervise
• Create user experiences spanning onboarding, human-in-the-loop review, and tools practice owners use to understand their business
• Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to shape and ship new product experiences

Requirements

• Ability to adapt quickly as constraints change
• Comfort giving and receiving open feedback
• Strong taste in visual design, interaction, and usability
• Interest in designing across both product experience and brand
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to build interactive prototypes
