ERP UI/UX Designer
Job Description
Solis MI Corp seeks a full-time, on-site ERP UI/UX Designer in Lansing, MI, with a salary range of USD 67,000 to 81,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to capture detailed business needs and translate them into engaging UI/UX concepts.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision to convey design direction.
- Craft intuitive user flows, information architectures, and layout systems that boost usability and accessibility across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform user research, usability testing, and A/B testing, then analyze feedback to iteratively refine interfaces.
- Apply responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and related front-end technologies.
- Build data visualization components for dashboards with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular, supported by analytics data from Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
- Maintain visual consistency by following established design patterns and adhering to web accessibility standards aligned with UX best practices.
- Participate in Agile product development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on integrating APIs and RESTful services to enhance functionality while preserving a smooth user experience.
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX design experience for ERP systems or enterprise software, with a strong portfolio featuring work on complex business applications.
- Solid front-end knowledge including JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and responsive web design techniques.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Dreamweaver, Zeplin, and Visio.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, wireframing methodologies, and interaction design principles.
- Experience conducting user research activities including usability testing and analytics-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of Agile workflows and tools such as Jira to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions that meet organizational goals while improving user satisfaction.
- Korean language proficiency required ( Korean νμ ).
