Superpower is building a new health care system that prioritizes prevention, personalization, and performance. In this Growth/Digital Designer role, based in San Francisco with remote options, you’ll shape digital experiences across landing pages, emails, paid creative, social, and web to drive conversions while preserving brand cohesion. The position offers a salary range of USD 120,000 to 170,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between brand and growth, delivering fast, versatile design that makes complex health information approachable and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, web experiences, and campaign pages that balance visual appeal with conversion focus
- Create static and animated ad creative for Meta, Google, and other paid channels—at volume and quality
- Design email templates and campaigns that stand out in the inbox
- Produce social media assets, stories, and content that are on-brand and scroll-stopping
- Collaborate with growth, brand, and product to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Rapidly iterate based on performance data; refine what works and rethink what doesn’t
- Maintain and extend brand guidelines in digital contexts
- Contribute to the design system as it applies to marketing and growth surfaces
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital design, marketing design, or web design — at a startup, agency, or in-house team
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft across web, email, social, and advertising
- Mastery of Figma; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- An eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy that makes information effortless to consume
- Comfort with data-informed design and balancing creative ambition with conversion performance
- Speed and the ability to produce high-quality work quickly without paralysis from options
- Understanding of responsive design and how to design for multiple screen sizes and channels
- Collaborative and direct, thriving in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment
