Responsibilities

  • Create high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that reflect the new brand direction on the web
  • Expand a limited set of custom hero pages into a scalable, cohesive system across the site
  • Develop marketing pages ranging from interactive, motion-heavy experiences to templated, simpler pages
  • Contribute to a reusable component and module library to ensure consistency across pages
  • Apply visually strong, responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles
  • Develop and publish new pages, templates, components, and modules directly in Webflow
  • Engineer scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
  • Convert Figma designs—your own and others'—into precise Webflow builds
  • Add interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when needed
  • Reskin and migrate existing pages while keeping maintenance simple for nontechnical partners
  • Leverage AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, content structuring, page creation, and debugging
  • Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS prep, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and QA
  • Identify repetitive processes that can become reliable AI-assisted workflows, while reviewing outputs for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand quality
  • Design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch with minimal handoffs
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and product management
  • QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch quality
  • Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows

Requirements

  • Proven design and Webflow development skills in one discipline, with a portfolio showing strong visual and brand design plus shipped Webflow builds
  • Ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-moving environment with shifting inputs and timelines
  • Strong systems mindset with experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS structures
  • Solid HTML and CSS knowledge, comfort with JavaScript or custom code, and ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive elements
  • Proven experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA
