Job Description

Zealthy seeks a full-time, in-person UI/UX designer in New York, NY to lead end-to-end UX and UI work, collaborate with engineering, and support branding and marketing design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX and UI design efforts in close partnership with the founder who serves as product lead.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement designs and participate in QA to verify functionality in staging and production.
  • Ideate advertising concepts, develop them, and iterate based on performance feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Create email designs and contribute to establishing branding and visual guidelines for the company.
  • Work with the marketing team on web page and site designs using Webflow and Unbounce for landing pages and the main website.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of product design experience; experience in graphic design and video production is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Ability to balance creative concepts with practical implementation, evaluating tradeoffs between quality and speed.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Self-motivated with comfort working with limited supervision.
  • Interest in contributing to a fast-paced startup with high growth potential.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 65,000 to USD 100,000 per year.
