About the Role

We are seeking a creative Web Designer and AI Digital Marketing Specialist to join our White Plains team. The position blends advanced AI tools with engaging digital design to strengthen our brand and marketing efforts. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain visually engaging, user-friendly websites and landing pages
  • Plan and execute AI-powered digital marketing across multiple channels
  • Utilize AI tools to create, optimize, and automate content, campaigns, and workflows
  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic and paid search performance
  • Create and manage social media content, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics platforms and refine strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web design using WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, or equivalents
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
  • Strong creative eye with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
