Graphic and Web Designer

One Day In July LLC is seeking a Graphic and Web Designer to support marketing campaign execution, design branded and print materials, and maintain website structure and content with a focus on SEO and generative engine optimization. This role is primarily onsite in Burlington, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy online marketing campaigns.
• Design print marketing materials.
• Create a range of One Day In July branded materials for internal use and client use.
• Develop new website content and structure to maintain effectiveness as search behavior changes.
• Work on the One Day In July website to support both search optimization and generative optimization.
• Coordinate with the compliance team to keep website content current and aligned with SEC marketing rules.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tags to measure performance and inform new content and structural updates.
• Test new ideas, monitor results with the team, and adjust direction when initiatives are not working.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency across Adobe tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Experience working as a graphic designer.
• Experience managing websites and editing pages.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in web design, including building webpages and creating wireframes.
• Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and generative engine optimization.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Interest in the financial industry, specifically investment advisory services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Proficiency with Procreate and Procreate Dreams.

Compensation

$65,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Pay range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
