Responsibilities

• Translate brand identity and business objectives into compelling, responsive websites.
• Present and advocate for strategic design decisions with clients, incorporating feedback without sacrificing usability or design integrity.
• Client collaboration requires translating complex design concepts into clear, confidence-building conversations and building trust through thoughtful communication.
• Explain design decisions to clients in a manner that fosters trust and project enthusiasm.
• Champion strategic design choices while educating clients on the creative process to meet project goals.
• Incorporate client feedback while preserving the design's integrity and usability.
• Contribute proactively to internal initiatives by identifying process improvements and helping standardize design practices and tools across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience with a focus on web design and direct client collaboration.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and solid command of core design principles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working independently.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
