The Creative Brand & Visual Design Manager role is an onsite position in El Paso, TX, dedicated to shaping Tropicana Building II, LLC's visual brand across all channels. The role owns the visual identity, guides creative direction, and collaborates with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams to ensure every communication reflects the company.

Tropicana Properties seeks a highly skilled designer to elevate the brand presence across print, digital, video, and social platforms. This role goes beyond production work, empowering you to own and refine the visual identity, set creative direction, and collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams to ensure every piece communicates who the company is. The ideal candidate is a strong designer first, with exceptional taste, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to execute across multiple media. You should also understand how visual communication supports leasing performance, recruiting, brand awareness, and company growth. A degree is not required; a strong portfolio and demonstrated experience matter more.

Responsibilities

Develop and elevate Tropicana's visual brand presence across print, digital, video, and social channels.
Own and refine the visual identity to ensure consistency and clarity across materials.
Define and steer the creative direction for campaigns and communications.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams to ensure every piece of communication reflects the brand identity.
Deliver production-quality work across print, digital media, video, and social touchpoints.
