UI UX Designer

Da Vinci Software is building modern digital products and workflows to improve user experience while strengthening an agile, product-focused organization. This UI/UX design role centers on helping shape how users interact with core capabilities, alongside ongoing efforts to modernize technology and operational systems.

Role summary

In this position, you will design and deliver contemporary digital products and workflows as a UX Designer. The work focuses on elevating user experiences, enabling key business capabilities, and supporting a more agile way of operating. The broader initiative includes modernizing technology and operational systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience producing user interface designs with demonstrated impact.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Health care or higher education experience is a plus.
• Experience using user interface design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, plus the basics of front-end web development.
• Content design and UX writing, along with the basics of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
• Expert skills in UI design methods, including prototyping, interaction flow diagrams, wireframes, and interface specifications, supported by strong visual design ability.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern digital and interaction design principles and trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain complex design problems and solutions.
• A portfolio showing deliverables throughout the design process for products and/or websites is helpful.
• Experience addressing accessibility concerns for digital products, including optimization for assistive technologies.

Preferred skills

• Experience using and contributing to design systems.
• Experience with requirements definition and backlog refinement in tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and research tools.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory operations, or client experience.
