UI/UX Designer

Cesta Inc is hiring a UI/UX Designer in Cary, NC (onsite) to help shape product experiences from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and developers to define and implement design solutions aligned with product direction
• Collaborate on product visuals and the overall user experience
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Produce wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for multiple devices and interface types
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the end-to-end experience
• Develop and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Spot design issues and propose solutions that strengthen usability and interaction
• Keep current on UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to inform design decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable role, with a strong portfolio of design work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience running user research and usability testing
• Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary: USD 110,000 - 139,000 per year
