UI/UX Designer

Accounts NextGen is seeking a remote UI/UX Designer to join their design team. The role emphasizes user-centered design, polished visuals, and usability, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital experiences that support business goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Craft user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to ensure smooth experiences.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints by following brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
