Job Description
Genpact LLC invites a Senior Tech Lead for Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow N to guide the UX design practice and shape cross-functional product design. In a hybrid New York environment, you’ll lead a team focused on user-centered design, translate research findings into tangible interface solutions, and mentor collaborators across disciplines to deliver strong digital experiences on development platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the UX design team to create user-centric design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for digital products and services
- Oversee the implementation of design solutions and provide technical guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and workflows

Compensation and Eligibility
Base compensation is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year. New York area candidates are eligible for this role; Los Angeles-based candidates are not eligible.
