Senior Product Designer

Tennr is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design across its core product work surfaces, starting with Validate and Workspace management, then expanding into Patient Hub. This role owns end-to-end design work from discovery through systems-level design, with rapid prototyping in Figma and code and close iteration with PM and engineering.

Role Focus

You will own design for Tennr’s operational surfaces used by teams managing complex workflows. The work begins with improving speed and accuracy for ops users in Validate and Workspace management, and then transitions toward taking ownership of Patient Hub as it scales from general availability into daily use.

Responsibilities

• Own the design for Validate and Workspace management, with the goal of improving speed and accuracy for operational users.
• Transition into ownership of Patient Hub as the product grows from GA to routine use.
• Lead discovery using interviews, shadowing, and usability testing, and convert insights into clear design decisions.
• Design scalable patterns for dense, multi-state operational workflows.
• Move quickly from concept production through testing, learning, and refinement.
• Reuse and extend Lasso (design system), documenting new patterns as they are introduced.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to teams, executives, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with strong craft in complex desktop web products.
• Comfort owning research directly, with credibility in customer-facing contexts.
• Systems-thinking approach across workflows, states, and patterns, supported by strong product judgment.
• Proven ability to ship, iterate, and make tradeoffs.
• Design-systems experience.
• Technical fluency to collaborate on feasibility and prototype in code.
• Strong writing and verbal communication, with an ownership mindset.
• Genuine interest in improving healthcare operations.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 180,000 - 210,000 per year
• Compensation range: $180K - $210K
