Design new UX experiences for PSA and Service Desk products, owning the end-to-end process from discovery through delivery.

Design new software features and enhancements aligned with business priorities
Own UX design for features from discovery through delivery, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering
Convert ambiguous problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct and synthesize user research including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide decisions
Collaborate with other designers to improve design quality and maintain consistency across the product
Contribute to and help maintain the growing Design System
Balance speed and craft, knowing when to ship quickly and when to refine details
Perform other duties as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic/Software Design, or Fine Art is preferred but not required
4+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for a SaaS company
Experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support, or Software Development
Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
Experience applying visual design principles and information architecture to create intuitive interfaces
Experience with Figma for design and prototyping
Experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems
Experience partnering with product management and engineering to deliver features to market
Portfolio showing strong UX process and polished visual execution
Comfort working in a fully remote team with strong async communication habits

Physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid preference

USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year
Base salary hiring range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year for roles in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington
Base salary hiring range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year for roles in New York
Starting pay depends on factors including location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills
