Design new product experiences end to end, from discovery through delivery, for PSA and Service Desk.

Design new software features and enhancements aligned with the business’ top priorities
Own feature design from discovery through delivery, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering
Turn ambiguous problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions
Collaborate with other designers to improve overall design quality and maintain consistency across the product
Contribute to and help maintain the growing Design System
Balance speed and craft, knowing when to ship quickly and when details require extra attention
Other duties as needed

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic/Software Design, or Fine Art
4+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for a SaaS company
Experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support, or Software Development
Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
Experience applying visual design principles and information architecture to build intuitive interfaces
Experience using tools like Figma for design and prototyping
Experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems
Experience working with product management and engineering teams to deliver features to market
Portfolio showing both a strong UX process and polished visual execution
Comfort with fully remote teamwork and strong async communication habits

Location: Remote

Hybrid option: Physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL
Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year (base range varies by location as noted in Additional Information)
