Product Designer

Stedi is building new healthcare products in a technical environment where design quality and UI polish matter. This full-time remote Product Designer role owns the end-to-end design experience, partnering closely with engineers and customer-facing teams to ship thoughtful product work and iterate based on real customer validation.

What you’ll focus on

• Deliver high-quality design from early conception through to delivery across multiple products on the Stedi platform
• Collaborate with engineers and the customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems
• Shape product direction by understanding and articulating goals, success metrics, roadmap items, and commitments
• Design and prototype multiple concepts quickly, then connect regularly with customers to validate product direction
• Improve and evolve the internal design system, raising quality across the product beyond the screens you personally work on

What you bring

• 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven technology company shipping software
• Healthcare experience required
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and HTML/CSS
• Experience shipping software for complex domains such as developer tools, revenue-cycle management, fintech systems, process management, or similar
• Practical end-to-end product design knowledge, from user research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff
• Comfort working across engineering, design, and business teams
• Creative optimism combined with critical investigation
• Comfort building iteratively to gather feedback
• Located in PST to EST time zones
• Philosophical alignment with the Stedi Standards

Collaboration and tooling

You’ll work in close partnership with engineering while owning the UI implementation details that connect design intent to production outcomes. Technologies include React, Next.js, and HTML/CSS.
