Product Designer

Hike Medical is building experiences that connect the clinic, an AI platform, and manufacturing, and a Product Designer will help shape how clinicians and patients interact with the product end to end. This role focuses on turning real workflow insights into shipped product, while helping establish the design foundation across Hike.

Role scope

As a Product Designer, you will own product experiences from discovery through shipped product. You will lead discovery with clinicians and customers, design end-to-end journeys across mobile, web, and internal tools, and create AI-powered workflows that users can trust, review, and act on.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with clinicians and customers to understand real workflows and identify the right problems to solve.
• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile, web, and internal tools, from concept to shipped product.
• Design AI-powered workflows that people can trust, review, and act on.
• Build and evolve Hike’s design system and raise the quality bar across products.
• Partner closely with engineering to ship fast and iterate on what works.
• Own experiences end to end, from discovery to shipped product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, with a portfolio showing your process and shipped work.
• Experience designing complex B2B, workflow, or data-heavy products.
• Strong interaction design skills and visual craft.
• Comfort running customer research and translating findings into clear product direction.
• A candid communicator who gives and receives critique well.

Location and work model

• In-person role in the San Francisco Rincon Hill office.
• 5 days a week.

Compensation

• USD 175,000 - 225,000 per year.
