Product Designer

ManageAmerica is hiring a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across its products. This full-time role is fully remote, with self-directed hours and the support of standard home office equipment to do your best work from anywhere.

As a Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to translate customer needs into clear design solutions. The work spans web and mobile-based applications, combining wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design to improve the overall user experience.

Compensation: USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences aligned to customer and business needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Participate in user research, including customer interviews and usability testing.
• Translate user feedback and product requirements into design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain design standards to support consistency across the platform.
• Support accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design process.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

• Experience using design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products or SaaS applications.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Must be able to show documentation authorizing legal work in the United States.

Work Environment

• Fully remote role using standard home office equipment such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripheral devices.
• No travel required.
• No supervisory responsibility.
