Principal Product Designer

Block, Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join the Point of Sale Design team in the San Francisco Bay Area, with on-site work. This role leads vision-driven POS initiatives from concept through shipped product and collaborates closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to shape the next generation of our core checkout experiences. Compensation ranges from USD 251,600 to 377,400 per year.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Designer to join the Point of Sale Design team. This group is responsible for the core POS experience used by both sellers and buyers, continually evolving and reinventing shared POS surfaces to better support sellers. The role involves close collaboration with audience-specific design and product teams, as well as hardware partners.
