ERP UI/UX Designer
Job Description
An ERP UI/UX Designer is wanted to elevate enterprise-level interfaces with data-driven, user-centered design for both web and mobile. This onsite role in La Habra, CA will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders through Agile cycles to deliver accessible experiences that simplify complex workflows for diverse teams at Solis ENG CORP.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic ERP UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our ERP systems. You will craft intuitive, engaging interfaces for intricate business processes, including responsive web applications, mobile solutions, and data visualizations. This is a full-time, onsite role based in La Habra, CA with a salary range of USD 67,000–81,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into compelling UI/UX concepts.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision to convey design ideas.
- Map out user flows, information architecture, and layout structures to boost usability and accessibility across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing, then analyze feedback to continually refine interfaces.
- Apply responsive design practices to ensure smooth experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related front-end tech.
- Build data visualization components for dashboards using React, Angular, React Express, and analyze data with Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
- Maintain visual consistency by following established design patterns and adhering to web accessibility standards aligned with UX best practices.
- Support Agile product development by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on integrating APIs and RESTful services to enhance functionality while preserving a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UI/UX for ERP systems or enterprise software, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex business applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end tech including JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and responsive design techniques.
- Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Dreamweaver, Zeplin, and Visio.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, wireframing methods, and interaction design principles.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing analytics to guide design decisions.
- Knowledge of Agile workflows and project management tools such as Jira to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into UX solutions that align with organizational goals while improving user satisfaction.
