Creative Director

Photon invites a Creative Director to steer the Discover phase of our product initiatives from our Dallas office. This onsite, contract role centers on understanding user needs, defining project scope, and establishing the foundational design strategy that guides early product development. It sits at the intersection of user research, information architecture, and rapid prototyping to shape the direction of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Concentrate on the Discover phase across our initiatives.
• Gather and interpret user needs to inform design decisions.
• Define the scope and boundaries of projects.
• Craft the foundational design strategy that guides product development.
• Work at the intersection of user research, information architecture, and early-stage prototyping.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

• Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
• Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
• Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and good faith estimate for the role.
