Job Description

Remote Web and UI/UX design role focused on mobile-first UX/UI, homepage banners, imagery, icons, and wireframes built in Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Design a minimum of 10 homepage banners each month, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Update category imagery monthly to keep the site fresh and aligned with current trends.
  • Develop imagery and iconography to support various sections of the site, maintaining consistency with the brand.
  • Lead the creation of wireframes and prototypes to map the user journey and deliver a seamless UX/UI across platforms.
  • Create and optimize assets for responsive design, emphasizing a mobile-first experience on all devices.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Technology to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Run A/B tests on website designs to evaluate engagement and apply insights to future work.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, especially during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends and integrate best practices into the design process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on web design and UX/UI.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work, including website design, mobile-first projects, and UI/UX deliverables.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
