Web Designer, UX and Site Creative
Job Description
Help design customer-focused digital experiences that connect Rejuvenation customers with engaging eCommerce and marketing journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for both desktop and mobile that align with customer goals and business objectives
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate interaction patterns and design intent
- Partner with developers during implementation by reviewing work in development and test environments, flagging discrepancies, and ensuring the final experience matches design intent, usability standards, and brand quality
- Apply UX best practices, including accessibility, information hierarchy, and usability principles, to improve customer experience
- Support and validate solutions through participation in user research, usability testing, and design reviews
- Design digital assets such as landing pages, promotional experiences, website components, and merchandising content tied to seasonal campaigns and brand standards
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to craft shopping experiences that support conversion goals
- Maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem by contributing to established design systems and component libraries
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics teams throughout the design process
- Communicate design rationale clearly, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and advocate for the customer experience
- Collaborate with developers to support accurate implementation and perform QA/QC across devices and browsers
- Iterate digital experiences using customer feedback, analytics, and business insights
- Stay current on UX trends, eCommerce best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging digital technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, documentation, and team processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
- HTML required
- Profiency in MS Office required
- Strong typography skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Motivated self-starter with collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle changing priorities and make timely decisions
- Familiarity with web design principles including usability, responsive design, and cross-browser functionality
- Experience with Airtable or similar project management software is a plus
- Illustration, motion design, and video editing skills are preferred

Location and Onsite Requirement
- Portland, OR (onsite)
- Ability to work onsite in our Portland office full-time, following state, local, and company guidelines
Experience and Education
- Minimum experience: 2 years
- Experience criteria: 2-5 years of design experience in digital environments, preference for eCommerce experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
