Experience

Minimum eight years of professional web design experience, including a proven track record of designing and implementing user-centric websites.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement accessible, user-friendly websites that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, set project timelines, and deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Optimize designs for multiple devices and browsers to maintain a consistent look and feel across platforms.
• Apply established best practices in web design and development to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and security protocols to inform design strategies.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers as needed.
• Ensure security compliance, including maintaining an active TS/SCI clearance and passing a CI Poly clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional web design experience with a proven track record of creating user-centered websites.
• Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other industry-standard tools.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to produce cohesive and visually appealing web designs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles to ensure seamless functionality across devices and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to staying current with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
