Responsibilities

• Convert strategy, content, and goals into intuitive, well-structured design concepts
• Develop wireframes and high-fidelity visuals that balance usability with visual clarity

• Apply typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy with clear intent
• Produce clean, cohesive layouts that align with brand guidelines
• Deliver organized, developer-ready design files in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and content creators
• Present work clearly and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
• Own projects and manage timelines with accountability
• Stay current on design tools, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional web design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a focus on web and digital design
