Tech Lead - Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow N 4C

Genpact LLC is seeking a Tech Lead for the Application Development Platforms UI/UX workflow role in Alpharetta, GA, offering a hybrid work arrangement and a yearly base compensation of USD 60,000 to 75,000.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a UX design team while shaping the overall user experience strategy and delivering outputs from wireframes to high fidelity visuals
• Define and drive the end to end UX design direction across products
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and iteratively refine design solutions
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high fidelity designs for digital products
• Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across multiple projects
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodology
• Proficiency in React.js
• Proficiency in React Native
