Sr Product Designer - Mobile

Take on a senior mobile design role at BambooHR in Draper, Utah, with a hybrid work setup. You will own end to end native mobile design for iOS and Android across phones and tablets, shaping experiences from discovery to delivery, and contribute to our design system. Responsibilities

• Own the end to end design of native mobile apps for iOS and Android across phones and tablets, from discovery through delivery
• Define, test, and iterate on mobile specific interaction patterns and user flows
• Create high quality visual UI that aligns with platform conventions and internal design standards
• Lead user research efforts to inform and validate mobile design decisions, including usability testing, contextual inquiry, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel perfect implementation of mobile features
• Contribute to the growth and governance of the design system by building reusable components, documenting usage, and identifying areas for improvement
• Apply system thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms

Requirements

• A proven track record designing high quality native mobile apps, with solid knowledge of iOS and Android platform patterns
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system within a cross functional product team
• At least 6 years of UX or product design experience with a focus on mobile and or system level design
• A portfolio that showcases an approach to user centered design, mobile interfaces, and system thinking
• Collaborative mindset and the communication skills to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
• Technologies: iOS, Android, Claude Code, Cursor
