Sr Product Designer - Digital Product Design and UX

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape customer e-commerce experiences and data-rich internal tools. This role operates in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into practical, scalable solutions. You will help define the product direction from early framing to delivery, balancing user value with business and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own design work from problem framing through final delivery, crafting solutions that address real customer needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape scope, evaluate tradeoffs, and maintain steady momentum toward launch.
• Share work early and often to translate ideas into clear direction, gather timely feedback, and drive decisions forward.
• Explore concepts, test with customers, and use research, data, and prototyping to continuously refine and strengthen the product direction.
• Apply new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled approaches to improve design quality, accelerate learning, and broaden how the team delivers.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system by refining patterns and components and helping teams build more consistent experiences.
• Present work at an expert level, clearly articulating rationale, framing tradeoffs, and providing context to help cross-functional partners align and make confident decisions.

Compensation

Salary: USD 10,400 - 15,600 per month.

Location

Flexible Hybrid (Lakeland, FL). To support the hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.

Work Model

Hybrid work arrangement combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

Interview Process
