Senior UI/UX Designer

Daily Draft Inc offers a senior, hands-on UI/UX role at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL (onsite, in-person). This full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience, and the chance to lead the end-to-end design process while shaping user-centered, accessible experiences from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions
• Create and maintain design systems to support consistency across products and platforms
• Conduct user testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate to improve designs
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Stay current with industry trends and UI/UX best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Sketch
  • InVision
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Compensation

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
