Senior UI/UX Designer

Daily Draft Inc seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design efforts onsite in Miami, from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, encompassing user research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and craft effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve interfaces.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Keep up to date with UI/UX trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of UI/UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of successful projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including: Figma; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Sketch; InVision.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
