Senior Product Designer

Experienced Product Designer to shape the enterprise software powering the DOOH advertising marketplace at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads), onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle, from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes and design guidelines, communicating UX concepts with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Independently plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, engaging internal and external users to surface pain points and validate solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across the T-Ads product ecosystem.
• Carry out other duties or projects as assigned by business leadership as needed.

Requirements

• End-to-end UX design including discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate and defend design decisions Required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent design workstreams against shifting deadlines Required
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research independently Required
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries; working knowledge of common UI frameworks and front-end constraints Required
• Minimum 3 years of product design experience Required
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field Required

Base Pay Range

• $97,300 - $175,500
