Design new product experiences and ship improvements for NinjaOne’s PSA and Service Desk platforms.

Design new software features and enhancements aligned with the company’s top business priorities
Own feature design from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering
Turn unclear problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct and synthesize user research including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions
Partner with other designers to improve overall design quality and maintain consistency across the product
Contribute to and help maintain the growing Design System
Balance speed and craft by determining when to ship quickly versus when detail work is needed
Handle additional duties as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic/Software Design, or Fine Art (preferred but not required)
4+ years of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for a SaaS company
Experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support, or Software Development
Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
Use visual design and information architecture principles to create intuitive user interfaces
Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
Experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems
Experience working with product management and engineering teams to deliver features to market
Portfolio showing both strong UX process and polished visual execution
Comfort with fully remote work and strong asynchronous communication habits

USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year
Base salary hiring range is $90,000 to $130,000 per year for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, or Washington
Base salary hiring range is $90,000 to $130,000 per year for roles based in New York
Starting pay depends on location, market demands, experience, and job-related knowledge and skills
