Job Description

Epsilon builds user-centered, web-based product experiences for internal and client-facing teams, and the Product Design team plays a key role in turning user needs and business goals into usable, accessible interfaces. This onsite role in Irving, TX supports enterprise UX work, including the evolution of CORE UI, alongside cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and QA.

In this position, you will apply UX methodology to design intuitive experiences across web-based products and platforms. You’ll partner with stakeholders to align on priorities, translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes, and improve products through research and iterative usability testing. Accessibility and WCAG standards are embedded in the way designs are developed and delivered.

What you’ll do

  • Use user-centered design principles to create digital experiences that are useful, usable, and desirable.
  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research using established methods, including interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, journey mapping, and market research.
  • Work through moderately scoped problems where evaluation requires considering multiple factors and perspectives.
  • Apply judgment within established design practices, processes, and guidelines to recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Contribute to and help evolve CORE UI while ensuring designs meet accessibility and WCAG standards.
  • Participate in usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative improvements.
  • Build productive relationships across teams to support successful product outcomes.
  • Stay current on emerging UX practices, tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve design effectiveness.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of visual design principles and interaction design patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and how design decisions impact implementation, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a thoughtful design process and strong user-centered solutions.

Compensation & location

Irving, TX (onsite) | USD 55,400 - 102,800 per year | 2 years minimum experience
