Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end UX, UI, and interaction design across all products, with tangible features implemented within three months
• Prototype in code using agentic tooling, ensuring designs align with the real codebase and shipping workflows
• Own and evolve the visual and interaction systems for the surfaces you touch
• Push back on weak product framings and propose tighter, clearer alternatives
• Maintain close alignment with users and let insights shape what you ship

Requirements

• Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, AI prototyping tools, or comparable agentic tools to deliver real product work with walkthroughs of what was built
• 3+ years of shipping product design that reached production
• A portfolio demonstrating interaction design, system thinking, and craft, not just visuals
• Strong opinions about what constitutes good design and solid product decisions
• Stack-agnostic and comfortable navigating unfamiliar codebases
• Confident presenting work to customers, executives, and peers
